Our WHY. After many years of work within the healthcare arena, we realized that time spent with non-critical patients provided a sense of calm, fun, and happy place to counter our often-times stressful 'in hospital' careers. Providing these services in our community allows us to continue using our gained skills and experience in a different, more personable, and non-critical setting.
There are numerous factors at play in today's world that have an impact on overall nutrition. Dietary restrictions, allergies, chronic inflammatory conditions, digestive disorders, the soil our food is grown in, the chemicals added to our foods...it's a rather long list. When you throw hectic lifestyles and heavy stress burdens into the mix, it does shed a rather bright light on the potential for positive impacts on individuals that augment their lifestyles with some 'straight to the bloodstream' vitamins and nutrients. These vitamins and nutrients are necessary for bodily functions. When your body is lacking these, it is not functioning at its highest potential.
Intravenous or intramuscular administration of vitamins and nutrients bypasses the gastrointestinal tract, ensuring 100% bio-availability for your body to assimilate and use.
Be Well IV is operated by Peggy Frazier, MSN, RN, and Patti Russell, Emergency Room Technician/C.N.A.
Peggy is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of experience in healthcare in the acute and critical care settings, preventative care via family practice, and held base certifications in chemotherapy and biotherapy. She has seen the positive impact that alternative treatment options made on her patients receiving chemo and augmented the health status of those with chronic inflammatory conditions. Many patients walk away from feeling ‘awful’ to ‘so much better’ after a single bag of IV fluids. She has obtained certification for IV nutrition, providing her with vast knowledge and data to support her goal to improve wellness in the community via IV hydration and nutrition.
Patti has worked in healthcare for over 40 years. She has worked in direct patient care in the acute setting, labor and delivery, and the emergency room. She is organized, and resourceful. She is the quintessential calm in any storm, is the epitome of “patient-centered”, and has a keen understanding of the human condition.
Our services are client driven, requiring no lab work nor physician orders. We work closely with our Medical Director to ensure the safety and well-being is at the forefront of any services provided at Be Well IV.
